FOOD.

Rooted in European beer hall tradition but cooked with unmistakable Mancunian spirit, our menu is built around hearty, satisfying food done properly. The rotisserie ovens are the beating heart of the kitchen – slow-roasting whole and half chickens until perfect, then finishing them with our signature beer salt crumb and house pickles. Alongside the rotisserie, we bake our own focaccia daily, the base for a short but considered sandwich menu – among them “The Classic” with pistachio pesto, and “The Corrie” with coronation chicken. Rounding things out are our Beer Bites: think Bavarian Manc & Cheese, rotisserie potatoes with pecorino, and plenty more to graze on.

SUNDAY ROAST.

Every Sunday until 5pm, we serve a roast built around local quality and proper rotisserie technique. Our beef comes from Littlewoods Butchers, dry-aged and grass-fed, while the chickens are slow-roasted in our ovens until they’re exactly as they should be. Every plate comes loaded with all the trimmings. Not feeling the rotisserie? The roast sirloin of beef is a house favourite, and the vegetarian squash, feta and spinach filo pie is well worth a look too.

KIDS MENU.

Designed for under-10s, the kids menu serves up proper scran for the next generation of foodies. There’s a smaller portion of our signature rotisserie chicken with potatoes and veg, plus classic or vegan hot dogs. Every meal comes with a soft drink, and a pudding can be added for just £2.95 – keeping the little ones happy while you settle in.

DRINKS.

As the Home of the Foam, our drinks menu is built around the perfect continental serve. We pour fresh Manchester Union lager daily into custom oversized Tübinger glasses, ensuring every pint arrives with a classic, frothy head. Beyond the signature lagers, there’s a curated selection of house cocktails, fine wines, and local craft cans to choose from. Tuesday to Friday, 4pm to 7pm, Happy Hour brings £5.20 pints of the city’s finest.
