FOOD.
Our food menu is a celebration of European beer hall culture, serving up hearty scran cooked with Mancunian spirit. At the heart of our kitchen are the rotisserie ovens, where we slow-roast whole and half chickens to perfection, finished with our signature beer salt crumb and served alongside house pickles. Beyond the rotisserie, we offer a selection of sandwiches served on freshly house-baked focaccia, including house favourites like “The Classic” with pistachio pesto and “The Corrie” coronation chicken. To round out your meal, choose from a range of Beer Bites, like our Bavarian Manc & Cheese or rotisserie potatoes with pecorino, and much more besides.
SUNDAY ROAST.
Our Sunday Roast is a celebration of local quality and proper rotisserie technique, served every week until 5pm. We partner with Littlewoods Butchers to source the finest dry-aged, grass-fed beef, served alongside half chickens slow-roasted to perfection in our ovens. Every plate comes loaded with all the trimmings, and for those looking for something other than the rotisserie, our roast sirloin of beef is a house favourite, as is the vegetarian squash, feta and spinach filo pie.
KIDS MENU.
Our kids menu is designed for under-10s, offering proper scran for the next generation of foodies. We serve up smaller portions of our signature rotisserie chicken with potatoes and veg, alongside classic or vegan hot dogs. Every kids’ meal includes a soft drink, and you can add a pudding for just £2.95 to keep the little ones happy while you settle in.
DRINKS.
As the Home of the Foam, our drinks menu is centred around the perfect continental serve. We pour fresh Manchester Union lager daily into custom oversized Tübinger glasses to ensure every pint has a classic, frothy head. Beyond our signature lagers, you’ll find a curated selection of house cocktails, fine wines, and local craft cans. Join us Tuesday to Friday from 4pm to 7pm for Happy Hour, featuring £5.20 pints of the city’s finest.
